NUKOTE Polyurea PA is an aliphatic polyurea. It can be applied as a surface protective material for various substrates such as metal, wood, urethane, concrete, and stone. It has high rust resistance and UV resistance, and the surface of the coating exhibits a glossy finish with high aesthetic appeal. It can be applied over a wide temperature range, and the cured coating results in a smooth, shiny finish with excellent wear resistance, contributing to improved aesthetics. Compared to aromatic polyureas, which are prone to discoloration due to UV exposure, the risk of discoloration is significantly reduced. - High workability due to fast curing - High rust resistance, corrosion resistance, and UV resistance - Smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish - No UV discoloration, long-term weather resistance - Applicable temperature range: -5°C to 35°C

Flame-retardant and difficult to ignite polyurea resin coating.

"NUKOTE FR" is a fire-retardant polyurea coating material that meets Class 1 performance under the ASTM E-84 fire resistance standard (USA). It can be applied to various substrate surfaces such as concrete, metal, and wood, and in addition to its fire-retardant properties, it also possesses waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance characteristics typical of other grades of polyurea. Particularly, it serves as an explosion protection lining for concrete structures in plant facilities, preventing collapse in the event of a disaster. Additionally, it has a higher fire resistance compared to other polyureas during a fire and is made of materials that are difficult to ignite. NUKOTE Polyurea FR is a two-component mixture and consists of 100% solid polyurea resin, capable of being applied over a wide temperature range from -30°C to 70°C. - 100% solids, contains no volatile substances - Fire-retardant (JIS K 7201-2 oxygen index 30.7) - High elasticity and flexibility - Impact absorption - Flexibility at low temperatures - Odorless - Application temperature: above -30°C and below 70°C - Usable temperature range: -30°C to 120°C
